Here is a glimpse of things to come in the New Year!
- Excellent Customer Service: This is our PASSION at TMC and we are always in the process of improving our level of service. There are tons of books to read, classes, to take, and seminars to attend for more information. We will (of course) turn to our most valuable resource as well ~ our Merchants ~ to learn how to exceed expectations!
- Business Growth Tools: The life of a business owner is filled with ups and downs and credit card processing certainly keeps the cash flowing but what about everything else? Over the years, we heard the same stories over and over again; the struggles and tribulations related to business ownership. Finally, after learning lots of our own lessons and bringing in business experts to help us reduce the frustrations in our own business we realized that providing processing services was not enough, so we’ve taken 25+ years of business knowledge and experience, added it to our passion to take care of our merchants and developed some services and alliances that will help you take your business to the next level!
- Referrals: It is expensive to advertise and try to draw customers to our businesses! Referrals level the playing field and when done properly, referrals can give us a HUGE advantage over our competitors! We LOVE referrals at TMC and have been blessed to have a business model built around them. In 2022, we are taking it up a notch and really digging in to learn new and more efficient ways to improve the number of referrals we earn! We will share this information with our merchants and together, we will make this the year of the REFERRAL.
- Processing Technology & Efficiency: The credit card processing industry has never been more exciting than it is today! Change is around every corner. So how does a business owner determine what solution is the right one for their business? That is where we come in! Our team is dedicated to helping merchants navigate the dicey waters of the Merchant Services Industry with great staff members and lots of great education!
