For your convenience, we have our Holiday hours listed below. As always, 24-hour Technical Support for merchants will be available. (Use the After Hours Support Numbers on the side of your terminal or in your Quick Reference Guide).

New Year’s Hours
Total Merchant Concepts will be Closed on January 1st and January 2nd in observance of New Year's.

The following Offices will also be closed on Monday, January 1st:
